Virus Protection - Virus Protection is an on-access virus scanner module that provides real-time protection against the latest viruses, trojans and other form of malware. By providing real-time protection, Thirtyseven4 Mobile Security scans applications as they are being downloaded and prior to them getting installed on the Android device. Detected memory cards are scanned for malware prior to any data transfer. An on-demand scanner for launching manual scans is also included.
Automatic Updates - Thirtyseven4 Mobile Security has been designed in such a way to allow for hassle-free, automatic updates, which occur multiple times a day.
Call Filtering – This feature enables you to block unwanted calls. From the Call Filtering module, a user can also create and configure a Black List or White List of phone numbers.
Text Messaging (SMS) Blocking – This feature allows a user to silently block unwanted texts. SMS Blocking also allows a user to scan embedded links within messages and filter any infected or malicious links.
Text Messaging (SMS) Spam Protection – Using this feature, a user can filter unwanted texts, block spammed text messages from unknown senders and easily configure Black and White Lists.
Data Protection - Using this advanced feature, a user can take the following steps in the event their Android device is stolen: Remotely lock the phones access, wipe the data remotely by sending a predefined SMS, configure selective data to be wiped out (ie. contacts, SMS, folders, etc.)
Anti-Theft – This powerful feature enables:
- Remote Locking – blocks a users phone from further usage if it is lost or stolen
- Mobile Tracking - helps a user locate a lost or stolen phone
- SIM Change Notification – if the SIM is changed, the new phone number will be automatically sent to the owner’s alternate mobile number
